Equipment and Services definition

Equipment and Services means t he on and o f f road municipal construction and utility equipment, including all equipment, accessories, parts, service, training, and supplies necessary to support these products in the Agricultural, Industrial Constructions, and Utility categories sought in City Solicitation RFP-130-20-KM and more fully described in its Section 3, Scope of Work/Specifications.

  • All of these Conditions shall apply to the supply of both Equipment and Services except where application to one or the other is specified.

  • For all Equipment and Services supplied by Contractor and used for Owner’s high and medium impact Bulk Electric Systems (BES) and Cyber Systems as described in North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) CIP Reliability Standards, including, without limitation CIP-013, Contractor shall comply with Owner’s Supply Chain Cyber Security Risk Management Program requirements as set forth in the Contractor CIP Compliance Agreement, incorporated by reference if applicable to such Equipment and Services.

  • McCain National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2019, requires representations regarding Covered Telecommunications Equipment and Services.

Related to Equipment and Services

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Products and Services means the products and/or services to be sold by Vendor hereunder as identified and described on Attachment A hereto and incorporated herein, as may be updated from time to time by Vendor to reflect products and/or services offered by Vendor generally to its customers.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Standard Services means the standard Services referred to in Schedule 1 (Services) of this Framework Agreement;

  • Diagnostic Services means services provided for the purpose of determining the nature and cause of a condition, ill- ness, or injury.

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Related Services means the services incidental to the supply of the goods, such as insurance, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and initial maintenance and other such obligations of the Supplier under the Contract.

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Terminal Equipment means all telephone instruments, including pay telephone equipment, the common equipment of large and small key and PBX systems and other devices and apparatus, and associated wirings, which are intended to be connected electrically, acoustically or inductively to the telecommunication system of the telephone utility.

  • Transportation Services means travel assistance given to an individual

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

  • Goods and Services or "goods or services" means any work, labor, commodities, equipment, materials, or supplies of any tangible or intangible nature, except real property or any interest therein, provided or performed through a contract awarded by a purchasing agent, including goods and property subject to N.J.S.A. 12A:2-101 et seq.

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;

  • Procurement Services shall refer to a business unit of OGS, formerly known as New York State Procurement (“NYSPro”) and Procurement Services Group (“PSG”).
