For the past one (1) year, the Company has not engaged in, and is now not engaged in, any dealings or transactions with any Person, or in any country or territory, that at the time of the dealing or transaction is or was the subject of Sanctions or was a Sanctioned Country.
For the past five years, neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries has engaged in, and is now not engaged in, any dealings or transactions with any Person, or in any country or territory, that at the time of the dealing or transaction is or was the subject of Sanctions or was a Sanctioned Country.
Further, no member of the Acquired RHI Group nor any of their respective officers, directors, employees, or, to the knowledge of RHI, any Person acting on behalf of any member of the Acquired RHI Group, has directly or indirectly, conducted any unauthorized business or other dealings involving any Sanctioned Person or Sanctioned Country.
