Sanctioned Country means, at any time, a country or territory which is the subject or target of any Sanctions.
Sanctioned Country means a country subject to a sanctions program identified on the list maintained by OFAC and available at http://www.treasury.gov/resource-center/sanctions/Programs/Pages/Programs.aspx, or as otherwise published from time to time.
