Project Improvements definition

Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:
Project Improvements means all of the improvements including all buildings, structures, improvements and fixtures located on or to be purchased, constructed and otherwise improved on the Project Site pursuant to Article III hereof, and all additions, alterations, modifications and improvements thereof made pursuant to this Agreement.
Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are planned and designed to provide service for a particular development project and that are necessary for the use and convenience of the occupants or users of the project, and are not system improvements. No improvement or facility included in the city’s transportation facilities plan or transportation improvement plan approved by the city council shall be considered a project improvement.

Examples of Project Improvements in a sentence

  • Credits or reimbursements against a KCEMSS Impact Fee will not be given for Project Improvements.

  • Should the Redeveloper deem it necessary or desirable to amend the Redevelopment Plan, the Redeveloper shall submit such proposed modifications to the Authority, including plans and specifications for Project Improvements and a timeline for completion of the Project.

  • The Redeveloper and its successors and assigns shall, at all times during the term of this Contract, maintain the Property and the Project Improvements in a good state of repair and attractive appearance.

  • In addition to the Participant Share, Participant is entitled to receive interest at a rate of 8.5% per annum on the costs Participant incurred installing the Project Improvements until such time that Participant receives the Annual Increment Payment for the installed Project Improvements.

  • The Project shall be constructed wholly in accordance with all permits and approvals, and Redeveloper shall diligently pursue completion of the Project Improvements in accordance with the Redevelopment Project Schedule, attached hereto as Exhibit B.


More Definitions of Project Improvements

Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are planned and designed to provide service for a particular devel- opment project and that are necessary for the use and convenience of the occupants or users of the project.
Project Improvements means the buildings, structures, improvements and fixtures to be purchased, constructed, installed and otherwise improved on the Project Site pursuant to Article IV of the Lease and paid for in whole from the proceeds of the Bonds, as described in Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and all additions, alterations, modifications and improvements thereof made pursuant to the Lease.
Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are planned and designed to provide service for a particular development project and that are necessary for the use and convenience of the occupants or users of the project and are not system improvements. The character of the improvement shall control a determination of whether an improvement is a project improvement or system improvement and the physical location of the improvement on site or off site shall not be considered determinative of whether an improvement is a project improvement or a system improvement. If an improvement or facility provides or will provide more than incidental service or facilities capacity to persons other than users or occupants of a particular project, the improvement or facility is a system improvement and shall not be considered a project improvement. No improvement or facility included in a plan for public facilities approved by the governing body of the municipality or county shall be considered a project improvement.
Project Improvements means the Stadium Project Improvements and the Infrastructure Improvements.
