Project Improvements definition

Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:
Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are planned and designed to provide service for a particular development project and that are necessary for the use and convenience of the occupants or users of the project, and are not system improvements. No improvement or facility included in the city’s transportation facilities plan or transportation improvement plan approved by the city council shall be considered a project improvement.
Project Improvements means the buildings, structures, improvements and fixtures to be purchased, constructed, installed and otherwise improved on the Project Site pursuant to Article IV of the Lease and paid for in whole from the proceeds of the Bonds, as described in Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and all additions, alterations, modifications and improvements thereof made pursuant to the Lease.

Examples of Project Improvements in a sentence

  • If, at any time, Developer definitively establishes that the amount expended on the Project Improvements will exceed the Estimated Cost, Developer shall promptly, and in any case not more than ten (10) Working Days after the Developer definitively establishes the amount of the increase, notify the City thereof in writing.

  • No delay in the completion of the Project Improvements shall excuse any failure by Developer to timely complete the Resort Hotel and the Convention Center (as each such term is defined in the Ground Lease) in accordance with the Ground Lease, except as set forth in the Ground Lease.

  • Following the completion of the Project Improvements, Developer shall maintain the Project Improvements until the Acceptance.

  • City Manager shall not unreasonably withhold, condition or delay its approval of any deductive change to the Project Improvements such that the Project Improvements, as revised, can be completed for the Estimated Cost.

  • Developer shall complete the Project Improvements by sixty (60) months and ten (10) days after the commencement date of the Ground Lease (such deadline to be extended by one day for each day the applicable deadline is extended pursuant to and in accordance with the Ground Lease, including pursuant to any amendment to the Ground Lease).


More Definitions of Project Improvements

Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are planned and designed to provide service for a particular development project and that are necessary for the use and convenience of the occupants or users of the project.
Project Improvements means the Stadium Project Improvements and the Infrastructure Improvements.
Project Improvements means all of the improvements including all buildings, structures, improvements and fixtures located on or to be purchased, constructed and otherwise improved on the Project Site pursuant to Article III hereof, and all additions, alterations, modifications and improvements thereof made pursuant to this Agreement.
Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are planned and designed to provide service for a particular development project and that are necessary for the use and convenience of the occupants or users of the project and are not system improvements. The character of the improvement shall control a determination of whether an improvement is a project improvement or system improvement and the physical location of the improvement on site or off site shall not be considered determinative of whether an improvement is a project improvement or a system improvement. If an improvement or facility provides or will provide more than incidental service or facilities capacity to persons other than users or occupants of a particular project, the improvement or facility is a system improvement and shall not be considered a project improvement. No improvement or facility included in a plan for public facilities approved by the governing body of the municipality or county shall be considered a project improvement.
