The Contractor shall ensure that the Construction, Materials and workmanship are in accordance with the requirements specified in this Agreement, Specifications and Standards and Good Industry Practice.
For the avoidance of doubt, it is expressly agreed that the Authority’s Engineer may require the Contractor to carry out or cause to be carried out additional Tests, in accordance with Good Industry Practice, for determining the compliance of the Project Highway or Section thereof with the Specifications and Standards.
The Authority’s Engineer shall require the Contractor to carry out or cause to be carried out tests to determine that such remedial measures have brought the Works into compliance with the Specifications and Standards, and the procedure shall be repeated until such Works conform to the Specifications and Standards.
