NSF Fees definition

NSF Fees means the fee that Defendant charges when a third party presents an Item for payment and the member’s account has an insufficient balance to cover the cost of the Item resulting in Defendant’s rejection of the attempt at collection and refusal to pay the Item.
NSF Fees. Fees charged to Mortgagors for checks returned for insufficient funds.

Related to NSF Fees

  • Admin Fees means the costs incurred by the Authority in dealing with MI Failures calculated in accordance with the tariff of administration charges published by the Authority;
