Examples of Fees in a sentence
For purposes of computing interest and Fees, all payments shall be deemed received on the Business Day on which immediately available funds are received by Agent at its address listed on Annex A prior to 3:00 p.m. (New York time).
All prepayments under Section 2.10(a) shall be accompanied by accrued but unpaid interest on the principal amount being prepaid to (but not including) the date of prepayment, plus any Fees.
In all circumstances after an Event of Default, all payments and all proceeds of Collateral shall be applied to amounts then due and payable in the following order: (1) to Fees and Agent’s expenses reimbursable hereunder; (2) to interest on the Loans, ratably in proportion to the interest accrued as to each Loan; and (3) to all other Obligations hereunder on a ratable basis, including expenses of Lenders to the extent reimbursable under Section 12.3.
Each determination by Agent of an interest rate and Fees hereunder shall be presumptive evidence of the correctness of such rates and Fees.
All Fees shall be paid on the dates due, in immediately available funds, to the Administrative Agent, as provided herein and in each Fee Letter.
