Fees definition

Fees means all amounts payable pursuant to, or referred to in, Section 4.1.

Fees means the Commitment Fees, the L/C Participation Fees, the Issuing Bank Fees and the Administrative Agent Fees.

• TIPS reserves all rights under the law to collect TIPS Administration Fees due to TIPS pursuant to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Fees

Fees means any and all fees payable to Agent or any Lender pursuant to the Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents.
