The total of all Acquisition Fees and any Acquisition Expenses shall be limited in accordance with the Articles of Incorporation.
The amount actually paid or allocated (as of the date of purchase) to the purchase, development, construction or improvement of property, exclusive of Acquisition Fees and Acquisition Expenses.
All or any portion of the Acquisition Fees not taken as to any fiscal year shall be deferred without interest and may be paid in such other fiscal year as the Advisor shall determine.
