Admin Fees definition

Admin Fees means the costs incurred by the Authority in dealing with MI Failures calculated in accordance with the tariff of administration charges published by the Authority;

Admin Fees means those fees defined in Clause S4-2. of this Agreement;

  • The Supplier acknowledges and agrees that the Admin Fees are a fair reflection of the additional costs incurred by the Authority as a result of the Supplier failing to supply Management Information as required by this Framework Agreement.

This includes strategic assessment and advice on key business processes, evaluation of current practices and to propose ways in which the services can be improved to provide efficiencies. This also includes assurance and scrutiny on how projects and programmes are progressing against milestones, outputs and outcomes.
