Admin Fees definition

Admin Fees means the costs incurred by the Authority in dealing with MI Failures calculated in accordance with the tariff of administration charges published by the Authority at the following link: ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇/i-am- supplier/management-information/admin-fees;

Admin Fees means those fees defined in Clause S4-2. of this Agreement;

Examples of Admin Fees in a sentence

  • If, in any rolling three (3) Month period, two (2) or more MI Failures occur, the Supplier acknowledges and agrees that the Authority shall have the right to invoice the Supplier Admin Fees and (subject to paragraph 5.5) in respect of any MI Failures as they arise in subsequent Months.

  • These Admin Fees shall be a pass-through expense to the Client and shall not be greater than the amount assessed to Company when administering the credit card payment.
