Refund Requests definition

Refund Requests means all amounts paid by Licensee to Buyer for which Licensee requests a refund within six (6) months after the Agreement Termination Date and for which Buyer reasonably believes that Licensee has a colorable claim or right to reimbursement.

Examples of Refund Requests in a sentence

  • Refund Requests Application for a refund of fees in accordance with this Refund Policy must be made in writing, using the request for refund pro-forma ES0052, (available from reception) stating reasons and relevant details.

  • If the Legislature enacts legislation repealing or amending the Prospective Legislation from February 1, 2016 – January 31, 2017, the Taxpayers shall be entitled to Damages equal to 3/6 of their Refund Requests.

  • The Sellers' Representative shall provide to the Purchaser drafts of all Returns and Refund Requests of the Company and Arcon Holdings required or permitted to be prepared and filed by the Sellers' Representative under this Section 9.1(a) at least thirty (30) days prior to the due date (including extensions) for the filing of such Returns or Refund Requests.
