NSF Fee definition

NSF Fee means non-sufficient funds fee; and
NSF Fee means an Administrative Fee established by Council from time to time in respect of payment by negotiable instrument received by the City from a Person for payment of any Administrative Penalty or Administrative Fee, for which there are insufficient funds available in the account on which the instrument was drawn, as listed in the Tariff of Fees By-law;
NSF Fee means any fee assessed to an Accountholder for an item that is not paid when the Account had insufficient funds.

  • Your account will then be subject to an NSF Fee for the item whether paid or returned as set forth in the Rate and Fee Schedule.

More Definitions of NSF Fee

NSF Fee means an Administrative Fee from time to time established by Council in respect of a demand for payment received by the City from a Person for payment of any Administrative Penalty or Administrative Fee, which has insufficient funds available in the account on which the instrument was drawn; and listed in Schedule “A”;
