Processing Fees definition

Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.
Processing Fees or “Administrative Fees” means the fees charged, by Home Credit, to the Customer for providing the financing facility. Such fee/s shall be part of the Total Cash Payment as herein defined;
Processing Fees means the standard fee imposed by the City upon the submission of an application for a permit or approval, which is not an Impact Fee or Exaction, in accordance with the City practice on a City-Wide basis.

More Definitions of Processing Fees

Processing Fees means any amounts due under an Obligor Note in respect of processing fees, service fees or late fees.
