Employs means CLIENT engages the services of the Candidate as an employee. For good and valuable consideration and intending to be legally bound hereby, the parties agree as follows: AGENCY will recruit, screen, and make Referrals of qualified Candidates for identified positions on a contingent basis according to this Agreement.
