Consultancy definition

Consultancy means the person, firm or corporate body Introduced to the Client by the Employment Business to carry out an Assignment (and, save where otherwise indicated, includes Consultancy Staff and any third party to whom the provision of the Consultancy Services is assigned or sub-contracted with the prior approval of the Client and any officer, employee, worker or representative of any such third party);
Consultancy means the current, anticipated or subsequent retention of Consultant by the Company as a consultant hereunder, or any other period during which Consultant receives compensation from the Company in any capacity.
Consultancy and “Consultant” means respectively the practice of giving expert advice, support, or opinion within a given field and any person or organisation providing any such service to, for, or on behalf of the Council.

Examples of Consultancy in a sentence

  • Any unused Consultancy Services at the end of the first Year of this Agreement will expire and no refund shall be payable to the Client.
