CONFIDENTIAL Nokia/Accelsius Proprietary For avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as a commitment by Nokia or any Nokia Related Company to order or purchase any Licensed Products or other products from Licensee, or as a commitment or promise, implied or otherwise, to enter into any other business relationship with Licensee.
Licensee further agrees that all such information shall remain the property of Nokia or its Related Company, respectively, and that Licensee shall not make any disclosure of such information to anyone, except to employees, contractors and agents of Licensee to whom such disclosure is necessary to the use for which rights are granted hereunder.
Any such sublicense may be made effective retroactively, but not prior to the Effective Date, nor prior to the sublicensee becoming a Related Company of such Party.
