If a Participant entitled to benefits under the Plan fails to claim such benefits and it is not possible to reasonably find his whereabouts, such benefits shall be forfeited and shall be used until exhausted to reduce the Company contributions otherwise required under ARTICLE VII, of the Company or Related Company which last employed the Participant.
