In those cases where circumstances do not permit distribution by those methods, an alternative method will be mutually agreed upon; and The employee notifies the Human Resources Office in advance of their intent to distribute information.

During negotiations, at least bi-weekly, a mutually agreed negotiation update shall be sent out by both the board’s negotiation team and SLEA to all interested parties. This material may be distributed and used by GCPS employees only on the GCPS-wide area network for instructional and training purposes only. Classroom use of materials will comply with copyright. Rights for use in these databases may extend beyond the term of the contract.
Distribution of Material. The Company and the Co-Issuers have not distributed or, prior to the later to occur of (i) the Closing Date and (ii) completion of the distribution of the Offered Securities, will distribute any material in connection with the offering and sale of the Offered Securities other than the Preliminary Offering Circular, the Final Offering Circular or other material, if any, not prohibited by the Securities Act and the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 of the United Kingdom (“FSMA”) (or regulations promulgated to the Securities Act or the FSMA) and approved by the Purchasers, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Each of the Company, the Co-Issuers and the Guarantors acknowledge that the Purchasers and, for purposes of the opinions to be delivered to the Purchasers pursuant to Section 7 hereof, counsel for the Company, the Co-Issuers and the Guarantors and counsel for the Purchasers, will rely upon the accuracy and truth of the foregoing representations and hereby consent to such reliance.
Distribution of Material. The Union may distribute material to employees during non-work time in non-work areas. Section 4.
