Accessways definition

Accessways means those parts, areas and premises of and in the Station the use of which is necessary to obtain access to and egress from the Event Space or the Station, or those of them that afford reasonable access and egress thereto and therefrom as the Licensor may designate.
Accessways means those parts of the Premises the use of which are necessary to obtain access to and egress from the Venue;
Accessways means the roads, paths, entrance halls, lifts and staircases of the Premises used to go to, and from, the Office Suite, the Shared Facilities and the car park as JT may designate from time to time, at its sole discretion, on prior notice to the Customer.

  • The Licensee must not use and must not permit or cause the Event Space or Station or the Accessways to be used in such a way as to cause any nuisance (including touting or soliciting alms), damage, disturbance, annoyance, inconvenience or interference to the use or operation of the Station, or to the Licensor, or to the occupiers or users of the Station.

  • The Licensee must not obstruct the Accessways and/or Event Space, or make them dirty or untidy, or leave any rubbish in them which may restrict traffic flow and/or endanger commuter or public safety.

  • The Owner gives the Licensee the right, for the Licence Period on payment of the Licence Fee and on the terms of this Agreement and during the Designated Hours, in common with the Owner and all others authorised by the Owner so far as is not inconsistent with the rights given, to use the Premises and the Accessways for entering and exiting the Premises and the use of the fields and halls including changing rooms for the purposes of running a football academy.

  • The Licensee must observe any rules and regulations the Owner makes and notifies to the Licensee from time to time, governing the Licensee's use of the Designated Space, the Car Park or the Accessways.

  • Car park Layout and Accessways — showing the number of car parks to be provided, the layout and vehicle circulation within the site, dimensions of car parks, carriageways and accessways, the provision of landscape treatment and stormwater xxxxxx within the car park, and any artificial lighting within these areas.


More Definitions of Accessways

Accessways means such roads, paths, entrance hall, corridors, lifts, staircases, landings and other means of access in or upon the Property and use of which is necessary for obtaining access to and egress from the designated areas as the Licensor may from time to time reasonably specify on 7 days notice to the Licensee;“Designated Areas”means those areas of the Properties described in the Schedule hereto and as set out in the attached drawing (Annex A);“License Fee”means £24,000 a year payable by the Licensee in monthly instalments; for the services defined and communicated to the Licensee through this agreement;“Licence Period”means the annual period from 1st April 2016 to 31st March 2017;“Permitted Hours”means the hours described in the Schedule hereto;“Permitted Use”means the operation of a bar/café and ancillary facilities;“Properties”means the properties described in the Schedule hereto which include the Designated Areas.
