Parking Fee. Licensee shall pay the sum of $ payable in full upon the signing of this Agreement, together with all sales and use taxes applicable thereto.
Parking Fee. If an employee is required to park their vehicle at a parking lot and is subsequently the same day required to remove his vehicle and park in another parking lot due to direction given by his Employer, the employee shall be entitled to reimbursement for said second parking upon presentation of signed parking lot ticket to Employer.
Parking Fee. 3.1.1. The parking fee amounts to € 3,28 per 1,000 kg of weight (or part thereof).
Parking Fee. Provided Tenants register their motor vehicle as provided herein, Tenants of Campus Courts, Bern Street Apartments, and 000 X. Xxxxxx Xxx. Apartments are issued one free parking permit per unit. Tenants shall register their designated motor vehicle by submitting an Annual Parking Registration/Lottery Application form with Landlord no later than August 1st. If no Tenant claims the spot by August 1st the free spot shall be forfeited. A limited number of additional parking spaces are available by lottery for a fee of Two Hundred and Fifty ($250.00) Dollars. Tenants must notify Landlord of their intent to enter said lottery no later than August 1st by submitting said Annual Parking Registration/Lottery Application form. Before a permit will be issued, Tenants must sign Landlord’s Parking Permit Rules & Regulations form acknowledging Tenant has read, understands, and will follow South Campus Quarter’s parking rules and regulations. Lottery permits that are not claimed and paid for by one week after classes begin are released and become available to other lottery entries. Unregistered vehicles, vehicles not operable and vehicles in unauthorized areas may be towed away at vehicle owner’s expense. On-street parking for Campus Commons and 111 Bern residences is controlled by the City of Oxford. Tenants may purchase parking permits at the City of Oxford Parking Office. Landlord bears no responsibility for the distribution of on-street permits or for the enforcement of city parking codes, and cannot guarantee parking availability.
Parking Fee. Tenant shall pay, throughout the entire Term, an amount equal to the number of parking spaces Tenant is entitled to use times the applicable fees (the “Parking Fees”) which Landlord is charging for use of the parking facilities. Currently, Landlord is charging Forty and 00/100 Dollars ($40.00) per space per month for covered parking and Zero Dollars ($0.00) per space per month for uncovered parking. Landlord shall have the right from time to time to increase the Parking Fees being charged Tenant upon thirty (30) days prior written notice, which Parking Fees shall in no event exceed the rates then being charged for parking in comparable parking areas having a comparable method of operation. Tenant agrees and acknowledges that Tenant shall be obligated to pay such rates regardless of whether or not Tenant actually uses or needs the parking spaces which Tenant is entitled to use. Such Parking Fees shall be payable monthly commencing with the first installment of Base Rent due under the Lease. If the Commencement Date is other than the first day of a calendar month, the first installment of the Parking Fees shall be prorated on the basis of a thirty (30) day calendar month.
Parking Fee. Pilot shall pay to City the monthly parking fee set forth in the Agreement Summary for each month, or part thereof, that this Agreement is in effect, computed as set forth in the Airport Rate Resolution, approved by City Council. The parking fee shall be due and payable, in advance, on or before the first day of each month, except that the first month’s parking fee, or prorated portion of the first month’s fee, shall be tendered upon execution of this Agreement.
Parking Fee. None The foregoing provisions shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the other provisions of this Lease set forth below. The capitalized terms, and the terms defined in Article 29, shall have the meanings set forth herein or therein (unless otherwise modified in the Lease) when used as capitalized terms in other provisions of the Lease.
Parking Fee. 22 The District agrees to pay the parking fee for one vehicle for a full-time faculty member.

These fees are applicable per tonne and per hour of aircraft parking, as follows: PARKING FEES Primary parking fee 0,25 € General aviation parking fee 0,13 € No fee payable for the first hour A waiver of parking fees is granted between 22:00 hours and 06:00 hours (local time) for aircraft parking for at least seven consecutive hours within this time slot. This fee is only applicable for passenger transportation. To benefit from this measure, the airline should operate at least 5 weekly rotations for at least one aeronautical (“IATA”) season. In all instances, a request including the details of scheduled rotations should be made in advance by the carrier to the operator teams. In the event of default in respect of the above conditions, the carrier will no longer be able to benefit from this incentive and be invoiced the full amounts having initially benefited from exoneration.
