Roads means streets, roads, and highways.
Roads means a common and public highway, and includes a street, bridge or other structure forming part of a Highway over or across which a Highway passes and includes the whole of a road allowance under the jurisdiction of the Township;

Roads means roadways within the Plat.
Roads means a surface corridor of affected land associated with travel by land vehicles used in surface coal mining and reclamation operations or coal exploration. A road consists of the roadbed, shoulders, parking and side areas, approaches, structures, ditches, and surface. The term includes access and haulroads constructed, used, reconstructed, improved, or maintained for use in surface coal mining and reclamation operations or coal exploration, including use by coal hauling vehicles to and from transfer, processing, or storage areas. The term does not include ramps and routes of travel within the immediate mining area or within spoil or coal mine waste disposal areas. Immediate mining area refers to areas subject to frequent surface changes. This includes areas where topsoil and overburden are being moved and areas undergoing active reclamation.
Roads means new roads or extensions of existing roads, whether public or private, providing vehicular access to more than one (1) parcel, constructed after January 1, 1991; access to any industrial or commercial occupancy; or vehicular access to a single parcel with more than two (2) buildings or four (4) or more dwelling units.
