Authorised Person. For the purposes of Section 3 of this Agreement, Party A represents to Party B (which representation will be deemed to be repeated by Party A on each date on which a Transaction is entered into and throughout the course of any Transaction) that it is an authorised person for the purposes of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.

Any action taken or document executed by [Insert Name of the authorized representative of the Selected Bidder/Lead Member, in case of Consortium] shall be deemed to be acts done or documents executed by the Selected Bidder and shall be binding on the Selected Bidder.
Authorised Person. Party A represents to Party B (which representation will be deemed to be repeated by Party A on each date on which a Transaction is entered into) that, to the extent that entering into this Agreement, including any Transaction, constitutes regulated activity in the United Kingdom, Party A is an authorised person permitted to carry on that regulated activity or an exempt person in respect of that regulated activity under the FSMA."

Authorised Person. Each party will be entitled to assume, in the absence of any knowledge to the contrary, that any person signing any Confirmation, notice or other written communication issued in respect of this Agreement on behalf of a party is an Authorised Person of that party.
Authorised Person. (a) You may nominate another person (an Authorised Person) to exercise your rights under this Customer Service Agreement. You may nominate this person at the time of making your Services Application, using the Authorised Representative form available at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx and which is submitted in writing by post or email to xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.
Authorised Person. For the purposes of this Agreement, the Promoters shall be represented by Mx. Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Lxxxxxxx. Accordingly, all the Promoters hereby authorise Mx. Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Lxxxxxxx to represent the Promoters and take any decision which may be required to be taken, do all acts and execute all documents which are or may be required by the Promoters for the proper and effective fulfillment of the rights and obligations under this Agreement. Any action taken or deed performed or document executed by Mx. Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Lxxxxxxx shall be deemed to be acts or deeds done or documents executed by all the Promoters, and shall be Debenture Subscription Agreement binding on all the Promoters.

You confirm that in the event you provide to us any Personal Data of the Authorised Person, you have obtained such person’s requisite consent for the Personal Data to be provided to, used or processed by us. 17. DATA PROTECTION 17.1 We will collect personal data from and about you and use that personal data during the course of your relationship with us. 17.2 We will collect and use your personal data in accordance with the DIFC Data Protection Law. Authorised Person appoint or dismiss any Authorised Person other than with the consent of all of the Authorised Persons;
