City’s Site definition

City’s Site means any land and/or premises owned by the City on which or in respect of which the Services are performed by the Consultant;

  • In undertaking the Services, the Consultant acknowledges that the Consultant has inspected the City’s Site, agrees to accept the City’s Site “as-is” and undertakes to take all precautions necessary to ensure the safety of all persons employed or contracted by the Consultant to perform the Services.

  • The Consultant will not permit, do or cause anything to be done at any time which could allow any lien, certificate of pending litigation, judgment or certificate of any court or any mortgage charge, conditional sale agreement, personal property security interest or encumbrance of any nature to be imposed or to remain on title to the City’s Site or any other City property.

  • An amendment to the City’s Site Plan Control By-law is required in order to implement this recommendation, which will require a Public Hearing.
