Work in Advance of Shift. When a nurse at the request of the Employer, reports for work in advance of the assigned shift, all hours worked prior to the scheduled shift shall be paid at one and one-half times (1 ½ X) the nurse's regular rate.

Work in Advance of Shift. When an employee at the request of the Employer reports for work in advance of the assigned shift and continues working through the entire scheduled shift all hours worked prior to the scheduled shift shall be paid at the appropriate overtime rate.

Work in Advance of Shift. If an employee (1) is required to report for work in advance of a previously scheduled shift, (2) has been notified of this requirement within twelve (12) hours preceding the report time, and (3) continues to work during the scheduled shift, then all continuous hours worked prior to the scheduled shift shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1½) the straight time rate of pay.
