Satellite Locations definition

Satellite Locations means locations that are not part of the Jointly Operated Facilities and are not otherwise owned or leased by the Park Board, and where the Association offers Programming or services that are registered for or offered through the Jointly Operated Facilities or are being provided with the assistance of the Park Board;
Satellite Locations means units that are geographically separated from the primary facility hub that DSAMH has approved to provide a limited range of services under the hub license. Satellite locations must ensure that the full range of services offered at the primary hub site remain available to the client, and services at satellite sites do not exceed the authorized scope for the satellite location. Limitations apply based on the type of services provided.
Satellite Locations means Seller's facilities in (i) Reno (Sparks), ------------------- Nevada; (ii) Seattle, Tacoma (Fife) and Everett, Washington; (iii) Sacramento, California; and (iv) Phoenix, Arizona.

Examples of Satellite Locations in a sentence

  • The Association will establish and maintain books of account relating to its activities at or from the Jointly Operated Facilities (including at Satellite Locations or as otherwise contemplated by this Agreement) in accordance with sound financial policies and procedures.

  • The Association will have direct access to membership and user data information for the Jointly Operated Facilities (including Programming registration information and other data the Park Board collects through the Registration System regarding users of the Jointly Operated Facilities or Satellite Locations) for the purposes of marketing, planning, Association Board governance (including voting) and grant applications.

  • Work Locations means any real estate that Windstream owns, leases or licenses or in which it holds easements or other rights to use, or does use, in connection with this Agreement.

  • SITE / LOCATION means any Site where BHARAT PETROLEUM CORPORATION LTD. desires to receive materials any where in India as mentioned in RFQ.

  • Satellite means any satellite owned by the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries and any satellite purchased by the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries pursuant to the terms of a Satellite Purchase Agreement, whether such satellite is in the process of manufacture, has been delivered for launch or is in orbit (whether or not in operational service).

  • Service Locations means those locations set forth on Exhibit B.

  • Anchor location means the physical location from which:

  • Remote location means any location that is at least one (1.0) mile from the location of a receptor. "Receptor" includes, but is not limited to, any hospital, school, day care center, work site, business, residence, and permanent campground. The distance to the nearest receptor is to be measured from the outermost limit of the area to be disturbed or road surface, whichever is closer.

  • Satellite services means communications capabilities that utilize an on-orbit satellite for transmitting the signal from one location to another.

  • On-Site Generators means generation facilities (including Behind The Meter Generation) that (i) are not Capacity Resources, (ii) are not injecting into the grid, (iii) are either synchronized or non-synchronized to the Transmission System, and (iv) can be used to reduce demand for the purpose of participating in the PJM Interchange Energy Market.

  • Installation Site means the site at which the Product is originally installed.

  • On-site generation facility means a generation facility,

  • Co-location means the use of an existing tower or structure to support antennae for the provision of wireless services. A replacement tower that is constructed on the same site as an existing tower will be considered a co-location as long as the new tower is no taller than the old tower and that the old tower is removed in a reasonable short time frame after the new tower is constructed.

  • CIP (Destinations means Carriage and Insurance Paid up to named port of destination. Additionally the Insurance (local transportation and storage) would be extended and borne by the Supplier from ware house to the consignee site for a period including 3 months beyond date of delivery.

  • Satellite Manufacturer means, with respect to any Satellite, the prime contractor and manufacturer of such Satellite.

  • Development Location Point means a single point selected by the Applicant on the proposed Development site that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development. For a Development which consists of Scattered Sites, this means a single point on the site with the most units that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • State Location means any physical location where the State performs work. State Location may include state-owned, leased, or rented space.

  • Service Location means a location at which a member obtains a covered service provided by a physician or other licensed practitioner of the healing arts under the terms of a contract.

  • Communications Equipment means the communications equipment of the Licensee and its affiliates, including, without limitation, cabinets, racks, electronic equipment and other similar equipment.

  • Locations mean one or more of the healthcare or other facilities owned by the Borrower on the Property as identified on Schedule 1.1(a) hereto.

  • Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.

  • Network Area means the 50 mile radius around the local school campus the Named Insured is attending.

  • Retail location means a facility listed under NFPA 1124, 7.1.2.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;
