Common use of Work in Advance of Shift Clause in Contracts

Work in Advance of Shift. When a nurse at the request of the Employer, reports for work in advance of the assigned shift, all hours worked prior to the scheduled shift shall be paid at one and one-half times (1 ½ X) the nurse's regular rate.

Work in Advance of Shift. When a nurse at the request of the Employer, reports is required to report for work in advance of the assigned shift and continues working during the scheduled shift, all hours worked prior to the scheduled shift shall be paid at one time and one-half times (1 ½ X1½x) the nurse's regular raterate of pay. A nurse who reports to work in advance of the assigned shift will not be released from duty prior to the completion of that scheduled shift, except for low census, unless there is mutual consent.

Work in Advance of Shift. When a nurse at the request of the Employer, reports agrees to report for work in advance of an assigned shift and continues working during the assigned scheduled shift, all hours worked prior to the scheduled shift shall be paid at one time and one-half times (1 ½ X1½) the nurse's ’s regular raterate of pay. A nurse who reports to work in advance of the assigned shift will not be released from duty prior to the completion of that scheduled shift unless there is mutual consent, or the nurse is eligible for involuntary overstaff.

Work in Advance of Shift. When a nurse at the request of the Employer, reports for work in advance of the assigned scheduled shift and continues working during the scheduled shift, all hours worked prior to the scheduled shift shall be paid at one time and one-half times (1 ½ X1/2) the nurse's regular raterate of pay. Work performed during the scheduled shift shall be paid at the regular rate of pay unless otherwise required by this Agreement.

Work in Advance of Shift. When a nurse nurse, at the request of the Employer, reports for work in advance of the assigned shift and continues working during the scheduled shift, all hours worked prior to the scheduled shift shall be paid at one and one-half (1-1/2) times (1 ½ X) the regular rate of pay. All hours worked during the scheduled shift shall be paid at the nurse's ’s regular raterate of pay, unless the nurse is entitled to premium pay pursuant to Article 7.10.

When a nurse at the request of the Employer, reports is requested to report for work in advance of the assigned shift and continues to work during the entire scheduled shift, all hours worked prior to the scheduled shift shall be paid at one and one-half times (1 ½ X1/2x) the nurse's regular raterate of pay, including applicable differentials.

When a nurse at the request of the Employer, reports for is requested to work in advance of the assigned shift and continues working during the scheduled shift, all hours worked prior to the scheduled shift shall be paid at one time and one-half times (1 ½ X1½) the nurse's regular ratenormal rate of pay.

Work in Advance of Shift. When a Medical Center nurse at the request of the Employer, reports is required to report for work in advance of the assigned shift and continues working during the scheduled shift, all hours worked prior to the scheduled shift shall be paid at one time and one-half times (1 ½ X1½) the nurse's regular raterate of pay.

When a nurse at the request of the Employer, reports for work in advance of the assigned shift and continues working during the scheduled shift, all hours worked prior to the scheduled shift shall be paid at one time and one-half times (1 ½ X1/2) the nurse's regular ratestraight time rate of pay. When a full or part-time nurse at the request of the Employer, reports for is required to work in advance of his/her scheduled shift and continues working during the assigned scheduled shift, all hours worked prior to the scheduled shift shall will be paid at one time and one-half times (1 ½ X1-1/2) the nurse's regular ’s applicable straight time wage rate. The requirement for time and one-half under this section shall cease at the beginning of the nurse’s scheduled shift.

Work in Advance of Shift. When a nurse at the request of the Employer, reports is required to report for work in advance of the assigned shift and continues to work during the scheduled shift, all hours worked prior to the scheduled shift shall be paid at one time and one-half times (1 ½ X1-1/2) the nurse's regular ratestraight-time rate of pay.
