Web License. Through a Web License, Highsoft grants Licensee a non-exclusive, perpetual (for applicable Releases), non- sublicensable, worldwide right to install, reproduce, use and further develop Licensed Software as such:
Web License. The number of websites onto which the Licensee may install the Font(s), and the number of visitors these website(s) may serve, is dependent on the license purchased and referenced on the Licensee’s invoice. In the case of an increase in visitor and view numbers, the license must be updated on an annual basis. In the case of the closure of a website, the Font(s) and/or the license to use the Font(s) cannot be transferred. License metrics are views per month. The Font(s) for a web license are provided in WOFF format and must be self-hosted on the Licensee’s server(s). Web-Fonts have to be acquired as such and cannot be generated from print-Fonts or other files. They cannot be used for any purpose other than that defined by the license.
Web License. Each licence is for a single (1) domain only. If you need to install the typeface on more domains than described above you are required to purchase additional licences. There is no limit to the amount of sub-domains you can use the typeface on. All domains and sub-domains must be registered to your organisation and the typeface must be securely stored on the same domain (self-hosting). You are not allowed to use third party font hosting services. You must not exceed the amount of unique visitors per month your licence permits. This amount is decided at the time of purchase. If you need to cover a larger amount of monthly visits you are required to upgrade your license.
Web License. To use the fonts online YOU can use the webfonts with @font- face on the desired website up to the numbers of visitors for whom YOU purchased the license. Should the number of visitors exceed the licensed amount, an upgrade to the license must be purchased. The webfonts are provided in WOFF and WOFF2 format. YOU are not permitted to convert the fonts in any other format. If an alternative format is preferred, please get in contact with RDGR. BROADCASTING LICENSE YOU are permitted to use the fonts in the creation of media and assets for all forms of motion pictures that includes but is not limited to: TV, cinema, video, public advertising, online, and streaming media for public broadcast etc. The Broadcasting License can only be used in addition to a Desktop License for the amount of computers that the fonts are used on. The Broadcasting License is similar to the Web License in the way that YOU purchase a license for the amount of viewers ( viewers cor- respond to the same amount of visitors in Web License ) YOU will have. Should the number of viewers exceed the licensed amount, an upgrade to the license must be purchased. APP & EMBEDDING LICENSE YOU are permitted to embed the fonts into the number of apps or e-books for whom YOU purchased the license. In case YOU want to embed the fonts into operating systems, electronic devices, games or any kind of tem-plates, please get in contact with RDGR. FORBIDDEN USAGE YOU are not permitted to create any kind of commercialised product that purely lives off of the design of the fonts. In case YOU do want to do that, please contact RDGR. YOU are not permitted to use the fonts for any kind of discriminating usage. In case YOU want to do that, get a different font! WARRANTY The fonts are work in progress and are provided as is. For the very rare case YOU do stumble upon mistakes or the fonts don’t work as expected, please get in contact with RDGR. RDGR will do its best to fix the problem. RDGR is not liable for any kind of direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of savings, loss of business etc. In case a governing body says otherwise; RDGR’s liability will never exceed the license fee.
Web License. In the event of purchasing a Web license for any of our fonts, you are entitled to use them in your websites, mobile apps, eBooks. This en- tails a one-time payment for a lifelong license, devoid of monthly fees or bandwidth restrictions.

Web License. Web License grants the use of the webfonts, optimized for dynamic rendering on the web. Examples include but are not limited to websites, online platforms, online advertising (i.e. HTML5 ads), email newsletters, etc. Webfonts are distributed in .woff and .woff2 formats. Web Licence is bound to a specific domain (URL) and must be specified at the checkout. The license is granted with no dependence on page views. A web license includes an additional domain for development purposes. The Licensee is allowed to selfhost the provided webfonts on all registered domains and their sub-domains, and include them via the @font- face feature. The CSSfile which refers to the webfonts must quote Kyiv Type Foundry original font names. App/ Software/ ePub License Desktop License grants use of the Font Software in native/ web/ hybrid apps, other software, content man- agement systems, eBooks, eMagazines or any digital periodicals, brochures, catalogs, etc., to be read online or offline, on computers, smartphones, ereaders, tablets, entertainment systems, game consoles, instruments, or any other electronic device. The Licence has to be requested by email. This Licence is bound to a specific app/ publication/ software and must be specified in the request including a detailed purpose and audience/ user description. Social Media and Streaming Video This License grants use of the Font Software within static, animated images and streaming video (static or animated typography) published on social media channels and website domains. It grants the use of Font Software as parts of design assets created for social media channels such as Instagram, Snapchat, Face- book, and YouTube and has to be requested by email. Broadcasting Licence This License grants use of the Font Software in visual- or audiovisual productions in: –television (such as advertising campaigns, channel branding, etc) –in cinema (movies, trailers, cinema ads, etc.) –online media (for instance streaming services Netflix, Amazon, HBO, SKY) excluding social media (see Social Media and Streaming Video Licence), and in video productions stored on static media (DVD, BlueRay, etc).
