BUSINESS USAGE Sample Clauses
The BUSINESS USAGE clause defines how the products, services, or information provided under the agreement may be used strictly for business-related purposes. Typically, this clause restricts the use of deliverables to internal business operations, prohibiting personal, non-commercial, or unauthorized third-party use. Its core function is to ensure that the recipient does not exploit the agreement’s subject matter beyond the intended commercial context, thereby protecting the provider’s interests and maintaining clear boundaries on usage rights.
