Personal Use I agree that the pupil will only use this device for educational purposes and not for personal use and will not loan the equipment to any other person.
Residential Use; Pets The bedroom space and apartment may be used solely for private residential purposes and for no other purposes. Resident may not carry on any business or other enterprise from the bedroom space or apartment, nor use any Owner- provided Internet connections for business purposes. Resident may place no signs, placards or other advertisement of any character in the bedroom space or apartment, nor display anything in an apartment or bedroom space that is visible from outside the Property or the apartment. Resident may not store at the Property or connect to a Property electrical outlet any mobility device owned by a third party. Pets are permitted in or about the Property only in specified buildings as Owner may in its discretion allow residents to maintain, in each case only following Owner’s signature on a Pet Addendum for a single dog or cat per designated apartment, which requires payment of a mandatory fee. All other pets are prohibited anywhere at the Property, except fish in small tanks to the extent approved by Owner in its sole discretion. Violation of the pet policy will subject Resident to deep-cleaning and daily administration fees in Owner’s discretion and may be considered as a termination of this Housing Agreement by Resident with fees due and accelerated (to the extent permitted by law) as provided in paragraph 5.
Residential Use Use the Apartment for residential purpose only. Under no circumstances shall the Allottee use or allow the Apartment to be used for commercial, industrial or other non-residential purposes. The Allottee shall also not use or allow the Apartment to be used as a religious establishment, hotel, guesthouse, service apartment, mess, hostel, boarding house, restaurant, nursing home, club, school or other public gathering place.
General Use The Premises shall be used only for general office purposes, research and development of software products, and any other purpose consistent with applicable zoning and the operation of an office and service business building ("Permitted Use") and for no other business or other purpose without the prior written consent of Landlord, which may be withheld in Landlord's sole discretion. No act shall be done in or about the Premises that is unlawful or that will increase the then existing rate of insurance on the Building. Tenant shall not commit or allow to be committed any waste upon the Premises, or any public or private nuisance or other act or thing in or about the Premises that disturbs the quiet enjoyment of any other tenant in the Building. Tenant shall not, without the prior written consent of Landlord, which may be withheld in its sole discretion, use, operate or maintain any apparatus, machinery, equipment or device in or about the Premises that will cause any significant noise, increase electrical loads or usage, vibration or fumes or disturb the quiet enjoyment of any other tenants in the Building. If any of Tenant's office machines or operating should disturb the quiet enjoyment of any other tenants in the Building, then Tenant shall cease operating such equipment until it has provided adequate insulation or taken such other action as Landlord shall require to eliminate the disturbance. Tenant shall comply with all laws and regulations relating to its use or concerning Tenant's use or occupancy of the Premises or related to the common areas of the Building as may be adopted by Landlord from time to time and made available to Tenant.
Official Use Only No Personal Use The Contract is only for official use by Authorized Users. Use of the Contract for personal or private purposes is strictly prohibited.
Commercial Use The use of the Licensed Material for the purpose of monetary reward (whether by or for the Institution or a Contractually Defined User) by means of sale, resale, loan, transfer, hire or other form of exploitation of the Licensed Material. For the avoidance of doubt, the use by the Institution or Contractually Defined Users of the Licensed Material in the course of research funded by a commercial organisation is not deemed to constitute Commercial Use. Recovery of costs is not being deemed Commercial Use. The use of Metadata by search engines does not constitute Commercial Use as long as that Metadata is not sold, lent, distributed or otherwise re-licensed via that search engine or the access to that Metadata on that search engine is exclusively being charged for.
Identification Cards KFHPWA will furnish cards, for identification purposes only, to all Members enrolled under this Agreement.

Use of Basement and Service Areas The basement(s) and service areas, if any, as located within the Said Complex, shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks. Pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, firefighting pumps and equipment's etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the allottees for rendering maintenance services.
