Licensed Fonts definition

Licensed Fonts means the typographic characters (fonts) purchased by you as specified in your purchase order (the “Order”). The Licensed Unit(s) and the Permitted License Use(s) covered by the purchased License are specified by the Licensee when placing his/her Order. By downloading and/or installing the Font Software, you confirm that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Agreement and that you expressly agree with them without reservation.

Examples of Licensed Fonts in a sentence

  • In some cases, the Licensed Fonts that Customer designs into Customer Documents or Customer Sites (collectively, “Media”) will be viewable by Customer and by third parties that access or view the Media only for as long as Customer maintains an uninterrupted subscription plan (including payment of all subscription plan fees, if applicable).

  • Ongoing access to the Licensed Fonts may require a recurring Internet connection to provision, activate, or synchronize the Licensed Fonts, or to authorize, renew, or validate Customer’s access to the Licensed Fonts.

  • Upon Optimo’s request, the Licensee shall confirm in writing that all copies of the Font Software and the Licensed Fonts have been erased.

  • Optimo Sàrl (“Optimo”) hereby grants you (the “Licensee” or “you”), subject to the terms, conditions and limitations under this End-User License Agreement (the “Agreement”), a license (the “License”) to use the Font Software and the Licensed Fonts.

  • If we provide you with the Licensed Fonts in Web Open Font Format (“WOFF”), you must use the WOFF version of the Licensed Fonts in web-based versions of the Developer Software and not the OpenType font format (“OTF”) version of the Licensed Fonts.
