Wages, Hours and Benefits. 8.1 The normal work day for food service employees shall consist of 2 to 8 hours (per schedule) and the normal work week shall consist of 10 - 40 hours. Nothing contained herein, however, shall be construed to constitute a guaranteed 2 - 8 hours of work or pay per day or 10 - 40 hours of work or pay per week. It is further understood and agreed that in certain circumstances food service employees may have their work week adjusted to include Saturday and/or Sunday due to the scheduling of certain school functions.

  • PAY, HOURS AND BENEFITS III.A. WAGES

  • Wages and Benefits Wages, performance sharing opportunities and benefits as identified in this Section 2 are considered to be ongoing obligations and will terminate at the extended expiration of local agreements, rather than at the expiration of this Agreement.

  • Salary and Benefits During the term of this Agreement:

  • Effective Date of Wages and Benefits All non-compensatory provisions, wages and benefits shall be effective from Date of Ratification unless otherwise specified in this Collective Agreement.

  • Extended Benefits If you are disabled on the date your healthcare coverage ends, your benefits will be temporarily extended for any continuous loss, which commenced while your coverage was in force. The services provided under this benefit are subject to all terms, conditions, limitations and exclusions listed in this agreement, and the care you receive must relate to or arise out of the disability you had on the day your healthcare coverage ended. Extended benefits apply only to the subscriber who is disabled. If you want to receive coverage for continued care when your coverage ends, you must provide us with proof that you are disabled. We will make a determination whether your condition constitutes a disability and you will have the right to appeal our determination or to take legal action. The extension of benefits will end upon the earliest of the following events: • the continuous disability ends; or • twelve (12) months from the termination date; or • payment of the benefit limits under this plan.

  • Sick Benefits 15.01 Eligible employees will receive Short Term Disability Benefits in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the STD Plan Text, a copy of which has been supplied to the Union. The STD plan forms part of this Collective Agreement.

  • Pay and Benefits A. The Agency shall continue to pay salary and benefits which includes pension contribution, insurance and paid leave time consistent with what they earned before their appointment. Employees appointed as a Contract Specialist shall not be eligible for reimbursement for uniforms, boots or other ancillary items while serving as a Contract Specialist the specifics which will be noted in the employee’s Contract Specialist agreement.
