Student Days Sample Clauses

The "Student Days" clause defines the specific days during which students are considered to be in attendance or engaged in academic activities for the purposes of the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines which days count as official student days, such as regular class days, examination periods, or other scheduled academic sessions, and may exclude weekends, holidays, or breaks. Its core practical function is to establish a clear framework for calculating obligations or entitlements—such as tuition, attendance requirements, or service provision—based on the number of student days, thereby ensuring clarity and preventing disputes over what constitutes an official academic day.
