Student Days. As required by State law, no less than 175 student days - Said days shall be reflected on the school calendar. In the event of early student release day, the remaining work day may be used at the discretion of the District (e.g., planning time, professional development, additional support for students, faculty meeting, committee meetings, team meetings, etc.).

Student Days a. Length and configuration of the student day On days when students are in attendance- the duty day for teachers shall consist of an 8 hour block of time. This block of time shall consist of a 25-minute period before the start of school, a 30-minute duty free lunch period and a 25-minute period of time after the normal dismissal time for students. If teachers are assigned to supervise students during the 25 minutes before and after regular class time, assignments will be made on a rotating basis.

  • Pay Days The Employer shall pay salaries and wages every second Thursday in accordance with Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this Agreement. On each pay day each Employee shall be provided with an itemized statement of his/her wages (including hourly rate), overtime and other supplementary pay and deductions. The Employer shall not be held responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond the Employer's control.

  • Days Unless otherwise specifically indicated to the contrary, the word "days" as used in this Lease shall mean and refer to calendar days.

  • Lieu Days Where an employee is granted a lieu day pursuant to Clause 17.3 or 17.4 of this Agreement, the time off granted will be seven (7) hours per lieu day for a full-time employee and prorated for a part-time employee.

  • Business Days If any time period for giving notice or taking action hereunder expires on a day which is a Saturday, Sunday or holiday in the state in which the Company’s chief executive office is located, the time period shall be automatically extended to the business day immediately following such Saturday, Sunday or holiday.

  • Bereavement Days In the case of bereavement of immediate family (as defined in article IX.G.1 below), employees will be given three (3) days that do not count against personal or sick leave. Additional bereavement days taken will be deducted from sick leave.

  • Snow Days If an employee, after good faith efforts, is unable to report to work for their scheduled duty period because of weather conditions, and if a disaster due to weather is declared by the Governor or the Grand Traverse County Chairman of the Board of Commissioners, the employee at the employee's option may take a days leave without pay or work on a pass day to make up the lost day, or may utilize an accumulated sick leave day or vacation day. ARTICLE XI WAGES

  • Non-Business Days If an Interest Period would otherwise end on a day which is not a Business Day, that Interest Period will instead end on the next Business Day in that calendar month (if there is one) or the preceding Business Day (if there is not).

  • Payment Date An amount calculated as being due in respect of any Early Termination Date under Section 6(e) will be payable on the day that notice of the amount payable is effective (in the case of an Early Termination Date which is designated or occurs as a result of an Event of Default) and on the day which is two Local Business Days after the day on which notice of the amount payable is effective (in the case of an Early Termination Date which is designated as a result of a Termination Event). Such amount will be paid together with (to the extent permitted under applicable law) interest thereon (before as well as after judgment) in the Termination Currency, from (and including) the relevant Early Termination Date to (but excluding) the date such amount is paid, at the Applicable Rate. Such interest will be calculated on the basis of daily compounding and the actual number of days elapsed.

  • Working Days E9.9 Without prejudice to clause 9.1, where the Authority funds the delivery of this Contract using European Social Fund (ESF) funds or in its role as a Co-financing Organisation uses this contract as a match for ESF provision, either at the outset of the contract or at any point during the life of the contract, the Contractor and any Sub-contractors appointed by it shall be bound by the corresponding additional requirements detailed within relevant Contractor Guidance, including the maintaining of records until at least 31 December 2023.
