Sick Leave Sharing Clause Samples

The Sick Leave Sharing clause allows employees to transfer a portion of their accrued sick leave to colleagues who have exhausted their own sick leave due to illness or emergency. Typically, this process involves a formal request and approval, with limits on the amount of leave that can be shared and eligibility criteria for both donors and recipients. This clause helps provide additional support to employees facing extended health issues, promoting workplace solidarity and ensuring that employees do not suffer undue hardship when their own sick leave is insufficient.
