Personal Contract. Employer is entering into this Agreement on account of the skills and knowledge of Employee, and this Agreement is personal as to Employee. Employee may not assign or delegate his rights and/or duties under this Agreement. This Agreement shall automatically terminate in the event that Employee is unable or unwilling to perform, or does not perform, his duties of employment hereunder.
