TIME OFF AND LEAVE. 5.1 The SPONSOR shall allocate to the STUDENT time-off for the purpose of school-based learning, which shall include days when the STUDENT has to attend any form of assessment at the MCAST. The MCAST shall endeavour to as far as possible not schedule assessment on days when the STUDENT is due to attend at the place of work.

TIME OFF AND LEAVE. The provisions of this Article shall not apply to any Postdoctoral Scholar appointed on a grant or contract that restricts the Postdoctoral Scholar’s time off or leave or requires time off or leave to comply with the specific conditions of the grant or contract. Similarly, if a grant or contract provides more generous leave and time off benefits than the Agreement, the Postdoctoral Scholar shall be entitled to the benefits in the contract or grant. The provisions of this Article shall supersede any other leave benefits that apply to Postdoctoral Scholars with a dual faculty appointment.

TIME OFF AND LEAVE. During the Term, the Employee shall be entitled to twenty-three (23) select days per year or up to the maximum allowed under the Corporation's select time program. Select days are used for vacation, personal time and sick time. In addition, the Employee will receive paid company holidays each year (seven holidays as of the date of this Agreement). The employee shall also be eligible for such other leave, with or without compensation, as shall be mutually agreed upon by the Employee and the Chief Executive Officer.
TIME OFF AND LEAVE. The Airline shall roster the Crew Members according to the Rest and Duty Time regulations set forth in the Airline’s Operations manual approved by EASA. Airline shall provide the Crew Members with 8 consecutive days off per calendar month. Annual unpaid leave days can be requested by the Crew Member to be approved by the Airline if operationally possible. Two 8 days periods back-to-back can be scheduled only by the approval of the Airline’s management. This clause is not applicable during any training period.

  • Vacations and Leave a. Executive may take vacations and other leave in accordance with the Bank’s policy for senior executives, or otherwise as approved by the Board.

In considering the approval to have time off, the Parties will have regard to the current works programme and the urgency of the reason for time off. In the event that time off is to be taken, it will be the employee’s obligation to advise the Company in advance or as soon as practicable on the day of absence, recognising that unplanned absences can cause costly disruption to programmed works and are a major source of annoyance for the company, other employees and clients. The object of offering flexible working hours is that in return employees will take very seriously their obligation to turn up when they are expected. In view of the disruption caused by unplanned and or notified absenteeism, repeated failure to observe the protocol for time off would constitute misconduct.

  • Vacation, Holidays and Sick Leave During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation, paid holidays and sick leave in accordance with the Company's standard policies for its senior executive officers.

  • Vacations; Leave The Employee shall be entitled to annual paid vacation in accordance with the policies established by the Board of Directors for executive employees and to voluntary leave of absence, with or without pay, from time to time at such times and upon such conditions as the Board of Directors may determine in its discretion.
