Vacation, Holidays and Sick Leave. During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to a minimum of four weeks of paid vacation per calendar year and all other paid holidays given to employees of the Corporation. The Executive shall be entitled to such periods of sick leave as is customarily provided by the Corporation for its senior executive employees. (h)

Vacation, Holidays and Sick Leave. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation, paid holidays and sick leave in accordance with the Company's standard policies for its senior executive officers, which policies shall provide the Executive with benefits no less favorable than those provided to any other senior executive officer of the Company. Such vacation may be taken, in the Executive's discretion, at such time or times as are not inconsistent with the reasonable business needs of the Company. The Executive shall also be entitled to all paid holidays given by the Company to its senior executive officers.
