Vacations; Leave. The Employee shall be entitled to annual paid vacation in accordance with the policies established by the Board of Directors for executive employees and to voluntary leave of absence, with or without pay, from time to time at such times and upon such conditions as the Board of Directors may determine in its discretion.

Vacations; Leave. 8.1. The Employee shall be entitled to an aggregate of six (6) weeks of vacation time per annum during the Term. Any vacation time not used by the end of the Term shall be forfeited without compensation. In addition, the Employee shall not be entitled to carry over or use any vacation time that is unused as of the end of the Term. Further, the Employee shall be entitled to the number of sick, personal, family and other days off during the Term as set forth in KICO’s employee handbook.

In addition, the Employee shall not be entitled to carry over or use any vacation time that is unused as of the end of any twelve (12) month period during the Term.

The Company acknowledges that the Employee has complied with his obligations under this Section 8.1 through October 16, 2018.
