Applicants shall submit a detailed program of academic study, either graduate or undergraduate and pursue a full load or the equivalent thereof as determined by the Sabbatical Leave Com- mittee.
A Sabbatical Leave with differential pay for one school year or any portion thereof may be granted to an employee by the Superintendent, with approval of the board, for study, travel or for other reasons of value to the County Office of Education operations.
All changes to sabbaticals are subject to approval by the Sabbatical Leave Committee.
The District’s obligation to participate in the Displaced Faculty Training Program shall be limited to full salary and benefits during participation, less the cost of the District’s purchase of a Sabbatical Leave Bond as referenced below.
