Teacher Evaluation Committee. The Teacher Evaluation Committee shall be comprised of three (3) persons appointed by the Superintendent of Schools and three (3) persons appointed by the President of the Providence Teachers Union. In addition, the parties shall mutually agree upon and appoint one (1) person from outside the Providence School System who shall serve as a voting member of the committee. The individual mutually appointed by the parties shall be selected on an annual basis and shall sit as chairperson of the committee.

Teacher Evaluation Committee. A. The Teacher Evaluation Committee shall be comprised of bargaining unit members chosen by the Association (with effort to represent each building in the District) and administrators to include the Superintendent and Building Administrators from the Elementary, Middle and High Schools. The number of Association members on the committee shall be equal to the number of Administrators, with no less than four (4) from each. The purpose of the evaluation committee shall be to amend such evaluation procedure and instrument as the need is determined by the Teacher Evaluation Committee, to be submitted to the Ohio Department of Education for approval.
Teacher Evaluation Committee. A Teacher Evaluation Committee will meet annually in May to make recommendations to the Evaluation process and the vendor assessments to be used based on information reported to the Committee by teachers and evaluators.
