The Curriculum Rate clause defines the specific fee or pricing structure associated with the use or delivery of a particular curriculum or educational program. Typically, this clause outlines how much a party must pay for access to curriculum materials, whether the rate is fixed, per student, or based on another metric, and may specify payment schedules or adjustments for changes in enrollment. Curriculum Rate a thirty-five (35) dollar an hour rate provided to certificated staff for non-student contact work such as summer planning, staff development preparation, etc.

When work is funded by a grant, the governing site council may determine the rate of pay up to per diem amounts. Shall be paid at Base Salary divided by number of contract days per year.
