Maintain Order Clause Samples
The "Maintain Order" clause requires parties to ensure that activities or operations are conducted in an organized and controlled manner. In practice, this may involve following established procedures, adhering to safety protocols, or taking steps to prevent disorderly conduct during the execution of a contract. The core function of this clause is to promote a safe, efficient, and predictable environment, thereby minimizing disruptions and reducing the risk of accidents or conflicts.
Maintain Order. At all times, Tenant must maintain order in the Unit, and must not make or permit any loud, improper or boisterous conduct, or otherwise disturb other Facility tenants. All radios, television sets, stereo equipment, or any other appliances or items which may cause noise, must be turned down to a level of sound that does not annoy or interfere with other Facility tenants.
Maintain Order. Licensee shall maintain order and provide protection for persons and properties (to the extent of Licensee’s control). Licensee shall not permit a breach of peace or any act, which may endanger life, limb, health or property due to occasion of this event (to the extent of Licensee’s control).
