Safety Standards. Performance of the Contract for all commodities or contractual services must comply with requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Act and other applicable State of Florida and federal requirements.
Safety Standards. All manufactured items and fabricated assemblies subject to operation under pressure, operation by connection to an electric source, or operation involving connection to a manufactured, natural, or LP gas source shall be constructed and approved in a manner acceptable to the appropriate State inspector. Acceptability customarily requires, at a minimum, identification marking of the appropriate safety standard organization, where such approvals of listings have been established for the type of device offered and furnished, for example: the American Society of Mechanical Engineers for pressure vessels; the Underwriters Laboratories and/or National Electrical Manufacturers’ Association for electrically operated assemblies; and the American Gas Association for gas-operated assemblies. In addition, all items furnished shall meet all applicable requirements of theOccupational Safety and Health Act and state and federal requirements relating to clean air and water pollution.
Safety Standards and QR Network is of the reasonable opinion that such breach has caused or such anticipated breach is likely to cause, an increased risk to the safety of any person or material risk to property. Such suspension may be effected by notice in writing prior to or immediately following the suspension and shall continue until such time as the breach is rectified or, in the event of anticipated breach, the Operator has demonstrated that it is in compliance. The Operator must ensure that upon such suspension the relevant Operator’s Staff immediately ceases to perform functions on the Nominated Network until such time as the suspension is lifted by QR Network.
Safety Standards. – All work shall be done in a competent and safe manner, and in accordance with the State of Washington Safety Codes. Where higher standards are specified by the Employer than called for as minimum by state codes, Employer standards shall prevail.
Safety Standards. Each Operator shall actively participate in and comply with the Delta Connection Safety Alliance and at all times during the Term (i) comply with Delta’s safety standards for Regional Airline Services including, without limitation, as set forth in the Delta Connection Carriers Non-Regulatory Safety Program Standards document and the Delta Connection Ground Operations Manual, provided, with respect to any changes Delta may make to such safety standards after the Effective Date, Delta shall, at its discretion, do one of the following: (x) pay directly for the incremental Direct Costs incurred by an Operator attributable to such change; (y) treat the incremental Direct Costs incurred by an Operator attributable to such change as a Direct Expense or (z) adjust the Aircraft Months Rate to reflect the incremental increase or decrease to the Direct Costs incurred by an Operator attributable to such change (ii) within a reasonable timeframe of inception of this Agreement, comply with and maintain all IATA Operational Safety Audit requirements and certification, Cockpit Aviation Safety Action Program (subject to consent of such Operator’s union representation and FAA), Flight Operations Quality Assurance (subject to consent of such Operator’s union representation and FAA) and all other safety initiatives applicable to the regional jet service industry, and (iii) each Operator shall be required to successfully complete a DOD audit under a regular bi-annual inspection program. (collectively, as amended from time to time, the “Delta Connection Safety Standards”).
Safety Standards. All employees shall follow safety standards while on duty for the City. This shall include, but not be limited to: the wearing and use of safety equipment, i.e. personal protective equipment, head protection, eye and face protection, foot protection, hearing protection, or any other equipment provided or furnished in any way by the City. The employees shall observe all safety rules and regulations established and posted by the City. Failure on the part of the employee to abide by such safety standards will result in disciplinary action.
Safety Standards. All items supplied on this Contract must comply with the current applicable Occupational Safety and Health Standards of the State of Arizona Industrial Commission, the National Electric Code and the National Fire Protection Association Standards.

Safety Standards. CHR shall comply with all applicable safety requirements and standards mutually agreed by the Parties and/or required by applicable laws. CHR will maintain current safety procedures and train all personnel to comply with such standards.
Safety Standards. All work shall be done in a competent and professional tradesperson manner, and in accordance with the State of Washington Safety Codes and the City of Seattle Safety Rules which shall be complied with.
