Sick Leave Bonus Program. The Sick Leave Bonus Program awards unit members for not using sick leave. A unit member who does not use any sick leave or personal necessity/personal business leave during a fiscal year shall earn a bonus of $150 on June 30th following the school year. Less than full-time unit members shall receive a prorated bonus.

Sick Leave Bonus Program. Effective July 1, 1988, the Tewksbury Fire Sick Leave Bonus Program will be adopted. If an employee covered by this agreement uses no sick leave during the fiscal year (July 1 to June 30), the employee will be entitled to convert four (4) sick days of unused sick leave into pay. Once an employee covered by this agreement accumulates more than 165 sick days he/she will be entitled to convert four (4) sick days of unused sick leave into pay only in the following fiscal year. Sick Leave Bonus Program. Employees who are able to minimize the use of sick leave and personal leave shall be eligible for the following: Zero (0) days taken during a fiscal year - $350.00 One (1) day taken during a fiscal year - $200.00 Two (2) days taken during a fiscal year - $100.00 Said payment shall be made in the first (1st) payroll period in July of the next fiscal year. It is understood that the foregoing may be continued or discontinued solely at the discretion of the Superintendent of Schools. The aforementioned provision does apply to the position of Licensed Practical Nurse.

  • Sick Leave Bonus For every six (6) months of perfect sick leave attendance after July 1, 1987, the employee will receive eight (8) hours of bonus time. This bonus time will be prorated for part-time employees. Such bonus time can be used for any leave purpose covered by this Agreement. Such bonus time shall be counted as vacation leave credits for purposes of determining eligibility for carry- over and cash payments.

  • SICK LEAVE PROGRAM An employee may be eligible to receive donations of paid leave to be included in the employee's sick leave balance if s/he has suffered a catastrophic illness or injury which prevents the employee from being able to work or from being able to work his/her regularly scheduled number of hours. Catastrophic illness or injury is defined as a critical medical condition considered to be terminal, or a long-term major physical impairment or disability.

  • Sick Leave Payout No cash payment for unused sick leave will be paid to any employee leaving the service of the Employer.

  • Sick Leave Donation Program A Labor Management Committee will be established for the purpose of proposing rules and procedures for a new, program. The LMC will be to develop consistent, transparent and equitable proposals for processes across all departments within the City. The LMC shall also explore proposals to lower the minimum leave bank required to donate sick leave and permit donation of sick leave upon separation from the City. The LMC must consult with the Office of Civil Rights to ensure compliance with the City’s Race and Social Justice Initiative. Once the LMC has developed its list of proposals, the City and Coalition of City Unions agrees to reopen each contract on this subject.

  • Bonus The Executive shall be eligible for Bonuses determined by the Board.

  • Performance Bonus If Employee's employment is terminated by Employee with cause, or by Bank without cause, Employee shall be paid, in addition to the amounts payable under Sections 3.5 and 3.6 of the Agreement: (i) all non-forfeitable deferred compensation, if any; and (ii) unpaid performance bonus payments, if any, payable under Section 4.2 of the Agreement, which shall be declared earned and payable based upon performance up to, and shall be pro-rated as of, the date of termination. Employee shall not be entitled to such unpaid performance bonus payments if Employee's employment is terminated by Bank with cause, or by Employee without cause.

  • Annual Bonus In addition to Annual Base Salary, Executive shall be awarded, for each fiscal year ending during the Employment Period, an annual bonus (the “Annual Bonus”) in cash at least equal to Executive’s highest annual bonus for the last three full fiscal years prior to the Effective Date (annualized in the event that Executive was not employed by the Company for the whole of such fiscal year). Each such Annual Bonus shall be paid no later than the end of the third month of the fiscal year next following the fiscal year for which the Annual Bonus is awarded, unless Executive shall elect to defer the receipt of such Annual Bonus.

  • Sick Leave Pay A Nurse granted sick leave shall be paid for the period of such leave at her or his regular hourly rate of pay and the number of hours thus paid shall be deducted from the accumulated sick leave credits of the Nurse.
