Bonus definition

Bonus means the bonus described in the Section 2.3.

Examples of Bonus in a sentence

  • For the year in which the Effective Date occurs, your annual bonus will be calculated based on the Target Bonus in effect prior to and after the Effective Date on a pro-rata basis.

Bonus means the amount payable to Executive under the Company's applicable annual bonus plan with respect to a fiscal year of the Company.
