Examples of Bonus in a sentence
A single, lump sum, cash payment equal to the product of (i) the Executive’s Target Bonus, if any, that the Executive would have earned for the entire fiscal year in which the Qualifying Termination occurs; and (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days the Executive was employed by the Company during the fiscal year in which the Qualifying Termination occurs and the denominator of which is the number of days in such fiscal year.
The Annual Bonus earned by Executive, if any, for each calendar year during the Term shall be paid to Executive at the same time as paid to the Company’s senior executives, which is no later than March 15 in the calendar year immediately following the year to which it relates, subject to Executive’s continued employment on December 31 of the year to which the Annual Bonus relates.
The target Annual Bonus opportunity of Executive for calendar year 2025 shall be $2,200,000 (the “Target Bonus”).
Executive’s Target Bonus is subject to discretionary increases by the Board.
Upon the termination of Executive’s employment due to Executive’s resignation without Good Reason, Executive shall be entitled to the Accrued Benefits, and, subject to the conditions set forth in Section 10(f) hereof, the Prior Year Bonus.
