Shared Staff. Full-time staff shared between buildings will be treated as full-time staff in each building regardless of how many classes they teach per building. Shared staff are not expected to teach equal numbers of classes in each building, and their class load and planning time will be commensurate with any other full-time teacher in each building as specified in this Agreement. While they are required to stay up-to-date with all events and expectations in each building, attendance at all meetings is recognized as impractical. Shared staff will work with principals in each building to determine which meetings are required. In addition, disputes between the buildings over shared staff regarding schedule, planning time, meetings, or any other issue will be handled by the assistant superintendent, with the full right to the grievance process as described in this Agreement.
Shared Staff. In circumstances where a teacher is assigned in two or more buildings, the following shall be complied with to allow the most effective implementation of the teaching assignments.
Shared Staff. Teachers regularly assigned to teach in more than one (1) building will be paid a car allowance of $75.00 per semester. In addition, teachers that travel during planning time will be scheduled additional planning time or compensated $5.00 per student contact day, to be paid at the end of each semester.

This is on the basis of additional hours for an employee already employed by Wirksworth Federation of Infant Schools. The Clerk to the Strategic Board: Ensures that dates for all meetings and joint events are circulated Sends out invitations to meetings and joint events Compiles and sends out agendas for meetings Ensures that minutes are produced distributed and filed for all meetings.

Shared Staff. The Town of Brookline, as Lead Municipality, shall hire and employ the Shared Staff. For the purposes of employment status and health, retirement and other benefits, and immunities and indemnification as provided by law, the Shared Staff and any Town of Brookline Health Department staff working on behalf of the Collaborative or the Advisory Board shall be considered employees of the Town of Brookline and shall be accorded all benefits enjoyed by other Town of Brookline employees within the same classification as they are or shall be established.

  • Support Staff The Chief Superintendent or designee shall be authorized to grant short leave of absence to support staff in accordance with this section as follows:

  • Key Staff The Contractor shall employ the key staff members listed below. The State requires the Contractor to have key staff members dedicated full-time to the Contractor’s Indiana Medicaid product lines. In some instances key staff must be dedicated to Hoosier Healthwise. Contractor must employ sufficient staff to achieve compliance with contractual requirements and performance metrics. The Contractor shall have an office in the State of Indiana from which, at a minimum, key staff members physically perform the majority of their daily duties and responsibilities, and a major portion of the Contractor’s operations take place. The Contractor shall be responsible for all costs related to securing and maintaining the facility for interim start-up support and the subsequent operational facility. Upon award of the Contract, the Contractor shall deliver the final staffing plan within thirty (30) calendar days after notice of award; such plan will include a resume for each proposed key staff person outlined below for acceptance by FSSA. FSSA reserves the right to approve or disapprove all initial and replacement key staff prior to their assignment to Hoosier Healthwise FSSA shall have the right to require that the Contractor remove any individual (whether or not key staff) from assignment to the program. The Contractor shall ensure the location of any staff or operational functions outside of the State of Indiana does not compromise the delivery of integrated services and the seamless experience for members and providers. The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring all staff functions conducted outside of the State of Indiana are readily reportable to OMPP at all times to ensure such locations does not hinder the State’s ability to monitor the Contractor’s performance and compliance with Contract requirements. Indiana-based staff shall maintain a full understanding of the operations conducted outside of the State of Indiana, and must be prepared to discuss these operations with OMPP upon request, including during unannounced OMPP site visits. Except in the circumstance of the unforeseeable loss of a key staff member’s services, the Contractor shall provide written notification to OMPP of anticipated vacancies of key staff within five (5) business days of receiving the key staff person’s notice to terminate employment or five (5) business days before the vacancy occurs, whichever occurs first. At that time, the Contractor shall present OMPP with an interim plan to cover the responsibilities created by the key staff vacancy. Likewise, the Contractor shall notify OMPP in writing within five (5) business days after a candidate’s acceptance to fill a key staff position or five (5) business days prior to the candidate’s start date, whichever occurs first. In addition to attendance at vendor meetings, all key staff must be accessible to OMPP and its other program subcontractors via telephone, voicemail and electronic mail systems. As part of its annual and quarterly reporting, the Contractor must submit to OMPP an updated organizational chart including e- mail addresses and phone numbers for key staff. OMPP reserves the right to interview any prospective candidate and/or approve or deny the individuals filling the key staff positions set forth below. OMPP also reserves the right to require a change in key staff as part of a corrective action plan should performance concerns be identified. The key staff positions include, but are not limited to: Chief Executive Officer – The Chief Executive Officer or Executive Director has full and final responsibility for plan management and compliance with all provisions of the Contract.

  • Project Staff Contractor shall appoint to the Project Staff: (i) individuals with suitable training and skills to provide the Work, and (ii) sufficient staffing to adequately provide the Work. Contractor shall make commercially reasonable efforts consistent with sound business practices to honor the specific request of the JBE with regard to assignment of its employees. The JBE may require Contractor to remove any personnel from the Project Staff that interact with any personnel of the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors (including, without limitation, the Contractor Project Manager) upon providing to Contractor a reason (permitted by law) for such removal.   • MANAGEMENT GRIEVANCES 8.01 It is understood that the Management may at any time file a grievance with the staff representative of the Union and request a meeting with him to discuss any complaint with respect to the conduct of the Union, its officers or committee member, in its relationships with the Company or other employees or with respect to any complaint that there has been a violation of any contractual obligation undertaken by the Union, and that if such grievance by the Management is not settled to the mutual satisfaction of the conferring parties it may be referred to arbitration as set forth in Article VII above.

  • Shared Leave Administration A. The calculation of the recipient’s leave value will be in accordance with applicable Office of Financial Management policies, regulations, and procedures. The leave received will be coded as shared leave and be maintained separately from all other leave balances. All paid leave accrued must be used prior to using shared leave when the employee qualifies for shared leave under 13.2 A.1. Accrued vacation leave and paid military leave allowed under RCW 38.40.060 must be used prior to using shared leave for employees qualified under 13.2 A.2. All paid leave, except sick leave, must be used prior to using shared leave when the employee qualifies for shared leave under 13.2 A.3 and 13.2 A.4.

  • Job Stewards 10.01 Job Stewards shall be recognized on all jobs and they shall not be discriminated against. It will be his/her duty to attend to all complaints between the workers on the job and the company to endeavor to reach a settlement before these complaints become grievances.
