Service Supervisor. Contractor must assign a qualified supervisor to be in charge of the Collection Service within the Service Area and must provide the name of that person in writing to the Agreement Administrator within thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of this Agreement, and annually by January 1st of each subsequent Calendar Year of the term of this Agreement, and any other time the person in that position changes. The supervisor must be physically located in the Service Area and available to the Agreement Administrator through the use of telecommunication equipment at all times that Contractor is providing Collection Services. In the event the supervisor is unavailable due to illness or vacation, Contractor must designate an acceptable substitute who will be available and who has the authority to act in the same capacity as the supervisor.

CONTRACTOR shall assign a qualified supervisor to 27 be in charge of the SFD Recycling Services within the Service District(s) and shall provide 28 the name of that person in writing to the City Representative on or before May 1, 2007, 29 and annually by July 1st of each subsequent Agreement Year of the term of this 30 Agreement, and any other time the person in that position changes. The supervisor shall 31 be physically located in the Service District(s) and available to the Contract Manager 32 through the use of telecommunication equipment at all times that CONTRACTOR is 33 providing SFD Recycling Services. In the event the supervisor is unavailable due to illness 34 or vacation, CONTRACTOR shall designate an acceptable substitute who shall be 35 available and who has the authority to act in the same capacity as the supervisor.

At least thirty (30) calendar days prior to replacing the designated supervisor, FRANCHISEE shall notify TOWN in writing of the name and qualifications of the new service supervisor. FRANCHISEE shall insure that such replacement is an individual with like qualifications and experience. The supervisor shall be available to the Town Representative through the use of telecommunication equipment at all times that, FRANCHISEE is providing Collection Services. In the event the supervisor is unavailable due to illness or vacation, FRANCHISEE shall designate an acceptable substitute who shall be available and who has the authority to act in the same capacity as the supervisor. The service supervisor shall provide the TOWN with an emergency phone number where the supervisor can be reached outside of normal business hours.

The supervisor shall be physically located in the Service Area, or no more than thirty (30) minutes driving time from the Service Area and available to the City Manager through the use of telecommunication equipment at all times that CONTRACTOR is providing Collection Services. In the event the supervisor is unavailable due to illness or vacation, CITY may contact the Agreement Manager as set forth in Section 20.03or CONTRACTOR shall designate an acceptable substitute who shall be available and who has the authority to act in the same capacity as the supervisor.
Service Supervisor. 30 CONTRACTOR shall assign supervisor(s) to be in charge of the SFD Recycling 31 Collection Services and shall provide the name of that person or those persons in 32 writing to the City Representative annually by July 1 of each year of the term of this 33 Agreement, and any other time the person(s) in that position changes. The 34 supervisor(s) shall be physically located in the geographic boundaries of the Service 35 Districts and available to the contract manager through the use of telecommunication 36 equipment at all times that CONTRACTOR is providing SFD Recycling Collection
Service Supervisor. Contractor shall assign a qualified employee to serve as is Service Supervisor to be in charge of the Collection Service within the Service Area and must provide the name of 3187 that person in writing to the Agreement Administrator on or before the Commencement Date, and thereafter 3188 annually before January 1st of each subsequent Calendar Year of the Term, and any other time Contractor 3189 changes the employee serving in that position changes. The Service Supervisor must be physically located 3190 in the Service Area and available to the Agreement Administrator through the use of telecommunication 3191 equipment at all times that Contractor is providing Collection Services. In the event the Service Supervisor 3192 is unavailable due to illness or vacation, Contractor must designate an substitute acceptable to the City who 3193 shall be available and shall have the authority to act in the same capacity as the Service Supervisor.
