Geographic Boundaries. The Parties hereby designate the following territories of their respective countries as enclaves where merchandise may enter for purposes of export, without payment of duty or excise taxes, no matter what the country of origin of the merchandise.

Dayton Leadership Academies - Early Learning Academy attracts students between kindergarten and second grade who primarily live in Dayton Public School District, Trotwood-Madison City District, and Jefferson Township Local, though some students also come to us from Xxxxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx Local District, Mad River Local District, Kettering City District, Oakwood City District, and West Carrollton City District.
Geographic Boundaries. DECA PREP will limit enrollment to students who reside within the geographic boundaries of the Dayton Public Schools. When seats remain open after June 1 of each year and all resident students who have completed the enrollment process have been enrolled, students outside the boundaries of the Dayton Public Schools may be enrolled tuition-free. No transportation will be provided to these students. Siblings of students who were enrolled in the previous school year have preference.
Geographic Boundaries. The Sciotoville Elementary Academy will enroll students in its home district and adjacent districts.
Geographic Boundaries. Columbus Collegiate Academy - West will enroll students that reside in the Columbus City Schools district and adjacent districts. Columbus Collegiate Academy - West will accept all grade-level-eligible students from within Columbus’s geographic boundaries. However, we will target our enrollment strategies to students in low-income communities in the ZIP codes of 43204, 43222, 43223, and 43228, particularly those who live in the Greater Hilltop neighborhood.
Geographic Boundaries. XXXX accepts only students who have established residence within the geographic boundaries of the Dayton Public Schools. Siblings of students who were enrolled in the previous school year have preference.
