Within the Service Area. Subject to the foregoing, Members shall be entitled to receive all Benefits described in the Member Handbook and Supplemental Benefits brochures, if applicable, within the Service Area.

Within the Service Area. Members receive the medical services and other benefits specified in this Service Agreement when provided, prescribed, or directed by a Physician.
Within the Service Area. Subject to the foregoing limitations, Emergency Services received within the Service Area (from Physicians or medical practitioners other than Physicians) are provided upon payment of a $100.00 Supplemental Charge per visit. Services and items received during an Emergency Services visit are included in the Supplemental Charge specified in this section S-1(a), except prescribed imaging services (including interpretation of imaging) and related materials in section D-1(b)(ii) are provided in accord with the Supplemental Charge specified in D-1(b)(ii). The Supplemental Charge specified in this section S-1(a) does not apply if the Member is admitted directly to a hospital as an inpatient immediately following an emergency visit. However, it does apply if the Member is admitted as anything other than hospital inpatient. For example, the Supplemental Charge specified in this section S-1(a) does apply if the Member is admitted for observation following an emergency visit. If, following an emergency visit, the Member is directly admitted to a hospital as an inpatient, then the services and items provided during the emergency visit will be included in the applicable Supplemental Charge for hospital inpatient care.

  • Outpatient emergency and urgicenter services within the service area The emergency room copay applies to all outpatient emergency visits that do not result in hospital admission within twenty-four (24) hours. The urgicenter copay is the same as the primary care clinic office visit copay.

  • Service Area (a) SORACOM shall provide the SORACOM Air Global Service within the area designated on the web site of SORACOM (the “Service Area”), provided, that, the Service Area may be different if stated otherwise as specified by SORACOM separately.
