CERCLA. The word "CERCLA" means the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980, as amended.
CERCLA. No portion of any Obligor's property has been listed, designated or identified in the National Priorities List or the CERCLA Information System both as published by the United States Environmental Protection Agency, or any similar list of sites published by any federal, state or local authority proposed for requiring clean up or remedial or corrective action under any requirements of Applicable Laws.

CERCLA. To the best of the Seller's knowledge, no Mortgaged Property was, as of the Purchase Date or, with respect to Additional Loans or Substitute Mortgage Loans, as of the related date of addition or substitution, located within a one-mile radius of any site listed in the National Priorities List as defined under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act of 1980, as amended, or on any similar state list of hazardous waste sites which are known to contain any hazardous substance or hazardous waste.
