Service Units definition

Service Units means Replacement Products, spare parts and service modules for Products.
Service Units means a prepaid unit that may be used by Client to access various analyst interactions and other Services from Forrester.

"Tooling" means the manufacturing tooling and inspection equipment used in manufacture and assembly of a particular Product, Service Units and/or Spare Parts. "Unique Components" means components purchased by SCI on behalf of Intergraph that are non-cancelable, nonreturnable and unusable in manufacturing products for SCI's other customers, or for which a vendor charges restocking or other special charges if returned. "Volume Commitment" has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1. 2.
