Service Reduction. 27.01 In the event of a service reduction, members shall be released in reverse order of seniority and members shall be recalled according to seniority provided that the member is mentally and physically fit. The member shall have no other rights if he fails to respond within ten days of the notice of recall being sent by prepaid registered post to his last address on record with the Department. Such right to recall shall expire at the expiration of two years from the date of release and the obligation of the Board shall be completely discharged.
Service Reduction. The CSP must reach an agreement with SCDDO a minimum of ninety (90) days prior to implementation if it seeks to reduce or discontinue services affecting two or more clients. All planned reductions in service must be communicated in writing and/or represented in an amended affiliation agreement.

If a Participant has less than ten (10) years of service with the controlled group members, the highest average compensation limit otherwise defined and adjusted above (but not the Ninety Thousand Dollar limit) shall be reduced to an amount equal to the highest average compensation limit as otherwise defined and adjusted above multiplied by a fraction:

Notwithstanding paragraph 27 the Resident acknowledges and agrees that during the University of Toronto’s Winter Break Closure period, the University is closed and services of Graduate House will be reduced; there are no IT or administrative services, front desk services are limited, and there are minimal staff on-site.
Service Reduction a. If the CDDO projects it will be over its allocated funding amounts as identified in Addendum 1, or if funding reductions are executed pursuant to sections XI. B. and XI. C. of this agreement, it can take measures necessary to reduce services, including, but not limited to, across the board cuts so the CDDO’s service area remains within 100% of its allocated funds. All changes in funding will be developed by the CDDO, with input from the Council of Community Members and representatives of CSP’s. Appeals directly related to across the board cuts implemented pursuant to sections XI. B. and XI. C. will be forwarded to the Office of Administrative Hearings.
Service Reduction. When the Hospital intends to reduce services in whole or in part for up to two (2) consecutive weeks at a time, e.g. over Christmas, March break, Summer shutdown, the Union shall be provided with written notification as far in advance as possible. Such notification shall be no less than four (4) weeks prior to the effective date of the shutdown. In addition, employees in their respective Departments will be informed of the implications so they may schedule vacation, take an unpaid leave of absence or request a temporary transfer to another department. Temporary Service Reductions will not be considered a for the purpose of exercising bumping rights, however, the Hospital will make every reasonable effort to ensure that those who wish to continue working will be afforded such an opportunity by aligning employees who wish to work with other employees in the same classification who would be willing to take time off so that both could be accommodated by a temporary transfer. If an employee is required to accept an unpaid leave of absence during a temporary service reduction, a Record of Employment indicating shortage of work” will be provided in accordance with the Employment Standards Act if requested.
Service Reduction. If the Occupier has failed to make any payment of money owing under this Agreement by the due date for such payment, or has failed to respond to a Notice of Breach within fourteen (14) days, the Corporation may act to reduce, restrict or cease altogether the Trade Waste flow from the Premises until such time as any monies outstanding are paid or the Occupier has appropriately responded to the relevant Notice of Breach.

Service Reduction. CRW agrees to exercise reasonable diligence and foresight to repair and replace its distribution system to maintain water volume, pressure and flows, as CRW is currently able to provide. The estimated normal flow rates and emergency fire flow rate are described in Section 6 below. If a general emergency or water shortage requires restriction on the delivery of water, then general restrictions placed upon deliveries to the City shall be determined per CRW's current Water Management and Conservation Plan.
Service Reduction. End User may request a reduction in Service at any time during the contract. Revised charges shall be effective the following calendar month.
