Physically fit shall include the employee's weight being reasonable. Such action shall only be taken if a physical examination performed by a medical doctor of the Employer's choice at the Employer's expense reveals such physical unfitness, and if the employee is not adhering to a regimen prescribed by the Employer's doctor to correct such unfitness. If the employee disagrees with such doctor's findings, then the employee, at his own expense, may obtain a physical examination from a medical doctor of his choice.
