Rush. Each of Elan and Acorda hereby acknowledges and agrees that the licences previously granted to Elan by Rush and the licenses granted to Acorda by Rush pursuant to the Rush/Acorda License do not constitute Elan Patent Rights or Elan Know-How for the purposes of this Agreement.

Rush. Gaming Ltd has the right to reduce the revenue share of affiliates, or to terminate this Agreement and remove such affiliates, who do not deliver at least one new Customer in a given calendar month. We will notify you by email where such a reduction or termination will occur. Accounts that are inactive for a longer period (e.g. where you have failed to deliver at least one new Customer in the last six months) may also incur an administrative fee but no such administrative fee will be deducted from your account prior to our having made reasonable efforts to contact you via the contact details last provided by you to Rush Gaming Ltd. The administrative fee will be applied against the payments (including future payments) that would otherwise be payable to you. If you have any queries regarding inactive accounts, please contact us for further information.

Rush. Ineligible rush can be found in dense patches or scattered within a field. This is to be recorded as “Rush” (OT13Ru) and the density as recorded by the inspector or notified by the xxxxxx in accordance with the scorecard.
Rush. In an emergency situation (e.g., spill, wildfire) where conditions shall pose a threat to public health, the Water Boards Project Manager shall request a Rush turnaround time frame of sample analyses. The Water Boards Project Manager shall contact the Contractor prior to sample delivery or shipment. The Water Boards Project Manager must request Rush turnaround time on the COC form. The Contractor shall begin Rush analyses immediately upon receipt. For rush turnaround timeframes, the Contractor shall provide verbal results by telephone or e-mail of such analyses within two (2) hours of sample analysis completion, or for methods where this turnaround timeframe is unachievable, the Contractor shall call the Water Boards Contract Manager to negotiate a timeframe to complete and submit sample analysis. If the samples are analyzed during non-normal business hours, results shall be submitted within two (2) hours of the start of the next business day by the Contractor. The official analytical report shall be e-mailed to the Water Boards Contract Manager and the Water Boards Project Manager listed on the COC form within twenty-four (24) hours of sample analysis completion.

Rush. Client may request rush processing, however, is it in Saguaro Testing’s sole and absolute discretion to either approve or deny such a request. In the event Saguaro Testing approves Client’s rush request, Saguaro Testing will notify Client of an additional charge to their Order, which must be submitted in accordance with Section 4 herein.
Rush. Utility bills will not exceed $70/person/month. LATE PAYMENTS. For each lease/ utility payment that is not paid on its due date, Lessee shall pay a late fee of $10.00 per day for a maximum of 14 days (maximum of $140.00), prorated after the original due date. If the lease/ utility payments are not paid in full along with the full late payment fee within 14 days of the due date, the lease may be terminated and the Lessee and Lessee’s possessions may be removed from the premises. All late fees will be due within 14 days of their assessment. If the Lessee does not pay the late fee within 14 days of their assessment, a $50 surcharge will be added to the late fee. Failure to pay the entire late fee and late fee surcharge will be considered grounds for lease termination. NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS. Lessee shall be charged $50.00 for each check that is returned to Owner for lack of sufficient funds.

  • JOB XXXXXXX (a) There shall be a Xxxxxxx on each job at all times, who shall be a Union Member in good standing, and shall be appointed by the Business Representative, from amongst the Employees on the job. The Union shall notify the Employer, in writing, who their Xxxxxxx is. If the Employer disapproves of the said appointed Xxxxxxx, they shall immediately notify the Union, in writing, stating the reasons for their disapproval. If their reasons are acceptable to the Union, a new Xxxxxxx will be appointed immediately. If not acceptable, the Union and the Employer will meet to discuss the reasons for disapproval, and if necessary, grievance procedure will be followed. The Xxxxxxx shall keep a record of members hired, laid-off, and discharged, and shall take up all grievances on the job, and try to have same adjusted. In the event he/she cannot adjust them, he/she must promptly report that fact to the Business Representatives of the Union, so STEP 2 of the Grievance Procedure can be followed through. He/She shall see that the provisions of this Agreement are complied with and report the true conditions and facts. It is recognized as the Employer’s responsibility to make whatever provisions are necessary for the care of injured worker. The Employer agrees that when Employees are laid-off, all things being equal, the Xxxxxxx will be one of the last employees laid-off.   • University Any notice may be served upon the University by delivering it, in writing, to the University at the address set forth on the last page of this Agreement, by depositing it in a United States Postal Service deposit box with the postage fully prepaid and with the notice addressed to the University at the aforementioned address, or by sending a facsimile of it to the University facsimile number set forth on the last page of this Agreement.

  • SDBE The Contractor shall comply with all applicable provisions of Article III of Chapter 18 of the Durham City Code (Equal Business Opportunities Ordinance), as amended from time to time. The failure of the Contractor to comply with that article shall be a material breach of contract which may result in the rescission or termination of this contract and/or other appropriate remedies in accordance with the provisions of that article, this contract, and State law. The Participation Plan submitted in accordance with that article is binding on the Contractor. Section 18-59(f) of that article provides, in part, “If the City Manager determines that the Contractor has failed to comply with the provisions of the Contract, the City Manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of the deficiencies. The Contractor shall have 14 days, or such time as specified in the Contract, to cure the deficiencies or establish that there are no deficiencies.” It is stipulated and agreed that those two quoted sentences apply only to the Contractor’s alleged violations of its obligations under Article III of Chapter 18 and not to the Contractor’s alleged violations of other obligations.
